Geforce experience stuck on downloading driver

My problem is that in league of legends my fps is stuck at And not only in league but in all games. I disabled Vsync both in game and in the nvidia control panel, and i'm pretty sure it is disabled, and the fps is still stuck at My specs are geforce m, ghz quad-core processor and 4gb of ram.  · I have recently reset my computer.
